WC&C #1 update

Over this past week and labor day weekend we have finished fabrication and installation of the new frame members at the front of #1,s tender frame.

Keep up the good work Jason and Bob & others. Wish I could of stuck around to help out. Was really looking forward to working with Gary North on the running gear side of things. Regardless, am glad to see the quality of work going into the frame and running gear. We might as well get used to rebuilding tenders too, they are as rotten as everything else when you start looking. Nice job, see ya round. John
