It is the remains of the narrow gauge 2-6-0 at Field Hill, BC, that was used in building the CPR spiral tunnels:

I've seen this locomotive. I was told I had to walk a 3 mile trail up hill to see it. When I finally found it, there was a road within 50 ft of it. GRRRRRR! :)
