The Electroliner shot appears to be taken on the street running on the south side of Milwaukee. The second shot is not of the North Shore. It appears to be of a New Orleans car taken in a rather rare snow storm on the St. Charles line.

I agree, the second shot was definitely taken on St. Charles Avenue between Tulane University and Napoleon Ave.

It was a white New Year's, though:
