Post subject:  buffer plate springs and diaphrams

Another information request:

Does anyone have contact information for companies making buffer plates, springs and diaphrams. We are looking to build some new buffer plates from scratch (mostly on open observation cars) and were hoping there were parts still being made for these applications. We are trying to avoid re-engineering these parts. Thanks for your help.
