I have always loved these little locos. Inspite of 47's documentation issues, I'm surprised she hasn't been returned to service. She's a perfect locomotie for a tourist shortline. There is a third survivor in Quebec, which was cosmetically restored in recent years. Wasn't there talk of looking into a rebuild on that particular locomotive? |

I love 'em too, enjoyed my visit with the one in Delson and always pay my respects to 47 at Steamtown. Such neat little engines with enough gusto to get the job done off the main line. I know of a great place for one to run if had some loose change. Joshua |

Ken, are you sure that is the right URL for the #46 group, I can't seem to get it to work for me. |

Worked for me. The original site is in French. There is an English translation as well. Group looks like they have put some real effort into their plans. Every steamer should have friends like these people. |
