In the Fonda, Johnstown & Gloversville steam locomotive thread below, there is a photo of a gentleman standing on the pilot of FJ&G 4-4-0 #9. Yes, the American is a neat engine. But what caught my eye was what appeared in the background; an AT&SF boxcar with the slogan "Ship SANTA FE all the way!" A schematic map of the Santa Fe's lines were included as part of this slogan. This was a really neat lettered car from the steam era. I just wondered if any museum had such a lettered car on their roster. Maybe one of the museums out west?
