Back of photo says Old Town, Arkansas, 3/50. The only Old Town I could find is a museum at Arkansas State University. I suspect the photo was taken at the Meriweather Gravel Co. at Lewisville, to which the 2-6-0 was sold in 1947:

Has the Pine Bluff group done anything with it since they took it out of the park?

Last I heard, about a million years ago when I was helping restore a 2-6-2 in Sulphur Springs Texas, was the group was looking to get part of a abandoned line somewhere around Texarkana, Tx. I have not checked their website in over a year. No telling now.
