| Post subject: | SP Caboose paint query. |
We are prepping for paint on the SP C-30-1 caboose at Joshua Tree, CA., and would appreciate any info as to Dupont paint color match numbers for the brown oxide carbody and the Daylight orange ends. I know OERM just painted a steel car in the same scheme, so I am hoping someone here would be willing to share info. The Pantone number for the orange is 137C, but I am thinking a paint manufacturer number would be easier to deal with. Thanks, Chris Allan |

The PMS numbers are the same industry wide. Shades, hues and such are called different things by different makers but they have the same PMS codes. |
