 Post subject: EDAVILLE Derailments

I was watching the news last night, on ch# 25 and they told of three derailments at Edaville that happened, sense they have been opened, can anyone supply more information. thank you Pat. cherif@mediaone.net

Here's a link to a Globe article about what happened. I especially like how they refer to the train as a "trolley train".

As tho the state trooper making a big deal about nothing, Edaville might do well to invest in free doughnuts.:^) One question though, if an uneventful derailment on a park train going 7mph causes the guy "Emotional distress", what is going to happen to this guy when he has to face some stress while in the line of duty?

I would hope that the police acadamy entrance exam would weed out the scam artists and cretins.

Glad nobody was really hurt, and it is a testimony to the safety of RR equipment even in a derailment situation.

To me it sounds like this State trooper, dose want someone to pay,,,should it be EDAVILLE,, but insurance dose go along way,,,,, we will see WHAT WILL HAPPEN??????.....
