Hello everyone. I've been looking quite sometime for a(the?) vendor that manufactures pants straps for the ankle, reproduction or otherwise. Somebody must be making these items because guys on the Class Is even have them. The ones I use when I fire have been obtained from RR antique shows. Not too crazy about using originals while on duty, but if they're cheap to come by(they have been), then it's not too bad. Nonetheless, a supplier's point of contact would be most helpful. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. I wish you all a blessed Christmas and 2008. Seth |

Any army surplus or uniform store should have them as will most good camping gear shops. There are several military uniform and equipment vendors who sell on line such as the Cav Store, and Brigade Quartermaster. Look for "Blousing Bands". All they really are is a piece of elastic with Velcro ends. GME |

GME Reflective straps with velcro ends are available at bicycle stores. Useful to keep pants out of chains. |
