Well here's a website for it. Looks like it will be a mall named the American Locomotive works,
http://www.americanlocomotiveworks.com

A while back I read a book about Donora PA's steel mills. The author thou talking about the terrible effects of pollution described a town during WWII that produced the steel that won the war. In the town Germans, Jews, Italians, and Englishman worked together, watched over each other's kids and helped this country defeat evil. Where else in the 1940's would this happen but in the USA??? Had the pollution issues been solved, (I believe they could be today), here was a town that made the steel that made this a great country and developed huge amounts of wealth, in good paying jobs that created product the whole world needed for export. Same sort of thing happened at the ALCO works, and Bethlehem steel, and so many others. Today the ALCO works in Providence is going to become a Mall and Bethlehem a Casino!!! Mean while so many other buildings with such great pasts get torn to the ground. At least the mall developers will be calling it the Alco works as a small reminder of its past.

Looks like a great place to display a replica DL-109, since they are using DL-109 artwork on their website. Maybe the NHRHTA would kick in for the cost of building one? Just kidding.
