Post subject:  Steam find ? In New York

I was at a show in Gaithersburg 3 months ago and talked to a person that said he seen a steam locomotive in a barn in pieces. He told me that he lived in Niagra Falls he stopped to photo a small plymouth. The barn door was open there was a steam loco in there the boiler and smoke box was off. He said the cab and the tank are out side. All the rest of the parts are up stairs injectors and lubricator. It was on the corner on king dr.
I was just wondering if this was true or just a bs story.

As my memory fails me, again, I do recall seeing pictures of these engines so even though I do not remember where or when, I will say that they do exist.

Later!

Hi Fred,

There's not much information in your post and it's Pulaski, VA, not Polaski, isn't it?

Cheers, Roger
