I just got off the phone with the councillor from the city and we are meeting on thursday at 230 pm to go over what needs to be done on the locomotive. I also asked about hydro and such and he said that the city will provide all that generators etc etc. Sounds promising I think! |

Post subject: | Possible machine shop help. |
I will find out more on Thursday but it sounds like a local machine shop might be able to help with the fabrication of a cap for the coal tender and repairs to the fire man's side entrance door. |

Best of luck with your meeting! BTW, did you say they will help with a hydro as in a pressure test? Just wondering. Stathi Pappas |

He means hydro as in power. The restoration is cosmetic. No need for a hydro test. |

Post subject: | Bad news! |
The meeting has been cancelled and put back to sometime next week. Old man winter decided to dump another foot and a half of snow on us last night and one of the fellows that was to attend is tied up all day with snow removal. There is a tentative new date for next wednesday or thursday weather permitting. |
