Does anyone know if a duplex air brake gauge with a top range of 160 psi is allowed as a cab gauge by FRA rules?

Why would it not be allowed, as long as it is tested and calibrated? Numerous diesel locomotives still use a duplex air gage with 160 psi as the "top end".
