Does anyone know if the proposed Bay Creek Railway out of Cape Charles, VA is really going to happen? They are supposed to be using Edwards Motor Cars.

According to the website:
http://www.bay-creek.com/railway.asp

the photos indicate that Edwards has nearly finished the apparent first of presumed multiple restored interurban cars, former Texas 'Crimson Limited' trailers. It's purely a guess, but I'm wagering that first car is #411, the unpowered ex-companion of Motor #25 preserved at Fort Worth's downtown Intermodal Transit Center.
