One of our members has taken a Hand Car to a festival at a park that has an unused section of track belonging to our museum adjacent to the park.
Takes folks for a short ride for free as the section of track is only about 1/2 block long.

Also, many non rail groups such as a church men's club, Rotary Club, etc often seek speakers for their get togethers. A GOOD SHORT RR program relating to local history, etc is often welcome. (Don't just take a bunch of boring slides on engines!)

Just some things that have been used.
