This evening at 6:55 pm CST one of our technicians fell from a step ladder in our data center. His injuries are minor (and we have Workmen's Comp). The only damage to our hardware occurred on the server that hosts the interchange. It's power supplies were destroyed when the tech fell through wiring.

We have transfered the Interchange to a brand new server, but were forced to recover the Interchange's database from our backup system.

So here's the timeline:

6:55p System damaged beyond repair
8:01p All sites up and running on a new Dell Poweredge 2950 server.
8:32p Interchange database recovered and back to normal.

The backup was done at 6:40p CST, so anything entered between then and 6:55p may be missing.

System function tests all are normal, and the new server is much faster than its predecessor.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
