Today, I was driving down Illinois Route 203 in Madison County after meeting with a client. I passed the site of Illinois Transit Assembly Corp, and low and behold, the Mark Twain Zephyr is on their property. I saw from driving by, at least two cars and the power car all sitting on what appeared to be blocks on the ground.
