Engine 11, although I thought I got a glimpse of number 30 too. Almost as interesting are the old automobiles pictured.

Note that the same youtube account has some other great footage around the Chicago area in the 1960s including an excursion ride behind GTW #6322, the W&A General, C&NW 1385 and commuter action with CNW F's.
