Yesterday about 4pm I was just outside Opelika Alabama and saw an Edwards motorcar headed north on a Lo-boy. It was lettered for "Bay Creek Railway". I assume it left Edwards place in Montgomery. I am not familiar with that railroad name. Anyone got more info? |

A quick Google search provided these websites: http://www.baycreekgolfclub.com/railway.asp http://www.edwardsrailcar.com/BayCreek_407.html http://www.edwardsrailcar.com/BayCreek_316.html It looks like Edwards is rebuilding a couple of Texas interurban cars for this company, evidently as self-propelled diesel-powered cars. |
