After doing some checking online, the Ls150 Polish loco mentioned in the article is actually a small 0-4-0 diesel. It sounds like the owner had a very high opinion of his little diesel! It was "cute", but I'm not sure if I'd qualify it as "historically valuable and operational vehicle of exceptional quality"!!!
