Post subject:  Operable 0-4-0 in Missouri

Last week I attended a tractor show in Columbia, Missouri and I noticed an advertisement for the Northeast Missouri Old Threshers show which mentioned a 1923 Alco 0-4-0. This morning I looked up their website and sure enough they apparently have an operable 0-4-0. Sorry that the picture is so big.

Their homepage is:
http://www.nemooldthreshers.com/

The advertisement mentioning the loco is:
http://www.cardinals.k12.mo.us/staff/bsmith/schedule.htm

Does anyone know anything about the loco and the operation. There's no other info on the website that I can find. steamlocomotive.info does not list any loco for Shelbina, MO but I did find a 1923 Alco 0-4-0 listed for Missouri. Is this the same loco?
