I a member of a group surveying the fleet at our railway museum. We want to formally/numerically rate and catalogue what we have, to determine what shape each car is in internally, externally, mechanically, estimate the cost to stabilize or restore each and finally to be able to recommend to our board the deposition of each. If you have already done this at your museum, do you have any forms or formats that you could share or recommend for our use in this process?
