The Canadian Pacific 2839 is currently at the Nethercutt Collection and Museum, Sylmar California (Los Angeles) . This is primarily a classic car museum. Here is the Wikipedia entry for the famous "Royal Hudson" steam locomotives http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Hudson A very GOOD photo of the 2839 and the car collection can be found here: http://www.socalsacc.com/Nethercutt%20Tour.htm The official writeup from the Nethercutt Museum is on the LOWER part of this webpage: http://www.nethercuttcollection.org/ncnews.html PHOTOS of what I think is the current display of the CPR 2839 Royal Hudson are here. A big thank you to the "Theaterorgan" people for taking photos of the steam train exhibit ! : http://www.theatreorgans.com/walnuthill ... ion007.htm I hope this answers your question! ---- Daniel |
