The 4449 has one overnight trip to Bend on March 23/24. Because of the increase of insurance rates (3 times what we paid last year), this might be our last mainline run for a few years. If you ever planned to ride behind a mainline steam locomotive doing what it does best (60+ mph) this is the time to do it. Trip info is poted on the NRM web site.
