Post subject:  Central Vermont 232

It didn't survive, but part of its tender tank remains as the sandhouse in St. Albans, VT. These were built unsuperheated, with slide valves, later rebuilt and upgraded. They ordered newer 4-6-0s after these, Nos. 218-221, of which No. 220 survives.

I'm intrigued. Do you know of any photos showing that 232's tender was used in the sandhouse?
