Probably early 1960s. One reader has identified this as Ft. Scott, Kansas.

It should be in the mid '50s as 1522 is still there and didn't move until about '57. I'll have to check Don Banwart's Ft. Scott book and see when they tore down the roundhouse and coal chute.
