From September 5 PRNewswire, we learn that the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission has awarded the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum Inc., $13,442.

What will these funds be used for?

These PHMC grants are for "General Operating Support." Such thing as utilities, supplies, wages, in short, expenses in keeping the museum open for the public.

Specific projects, such as car restorations, facilities expansion, and capital improvements are funded for the most part by dedicated grants aimed at those purposes only.
