Anyone know who did the restoration of this streetcar at the Behringer-Crwaford Museum in Kentucky?

This car has been "restored" several times. I believe the most recent effort was undertaken by employees of the local Northern Kentucky (as the region is called) transit authority.

The car is from the Cincinnati, Newport, and Covington, known as the Green Line and chronicled in CERA Bulletin #134.

According to the Behringer-Crawford museum's website here, the restoration was done by the Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky.
