Nope. That's the Lehigh & Hudson River shop at Warwick, NY, during the 1960 L&HR centennial trips; they borrowed 2124 and a string of Erie Stillwells for the event.

Note the L&HR RS-3 lurking on the right.

I was told by Steamtown they are waiting on finalization of a painting contract this year to paint several of the front displays. Keep your eyes open.
