Built in 1922 by the Baldwin Locomotive Works, Upper Merion & Plymouth class L-1 0-8-0 #27 was featured in the following ad for the Standard Steel Works Company. The ad came from the February 17, 1923 issue of Railway Age magazine. In 1929 she was sold to the Akron, Canton & Youngstown Railroad, where she was re-numbered 39. Retired in 1951, she was subsequently scrapped.

The ad of course came from eBay: Ads of the Past (This eBay store has some really cool stuff!)
