Well, "real" in the sense that it's a box car and Strasburg property, but the presence of the former LO&S round-nosed "doodlebug" identifies this as East Strasburg during the preservation era, most likely early 1960s, and the boxcar is (as I recall) a former Maryland & Pennsylvania car..............

At the time the shot was taken, both the box car and the hack belonged to Strasburg. Technicalities as whom their former owner was, should not be an issue.
