I believe what you actually mean is "being restored from her Maryland Midland days". <:-) Black River & Western has taken delivery of a former NS SD9 for its freight work on the Bel-Del, but I don't think it's technically "preserved". Yet. |

The Whitewater Valley Railroad has Milwaukee Road rebuild SD10 #532 thanks to the generous donation of the engine by Canadian Pacific Railway. (I should also thank the folks at IRM for making the replica heralds available to us!) David Farlow

Dakota Southern, Chamberlain, SD has; 512 - ex-MILW SD7, nee 2212 522 - ex-MILW SD7, nee 2222 506 - ex-MILW SD9, nee 2232 4427 - ex-SP SD9, nee ? all units are still high nosed |
