Ten-minute promo for a longer production, filmed in 1963 by Mac Owen. Mostly narrow gauge, Mexico, DF to Cuautla, but also a quick view of an ex-NKP USRA 2-8-2 on the standard gauge. Poor sound, but interesting. Star 2-8-0 268 was scrapped.
