Railroaders @ Work (Photos)

I am practicing my fill flash techniques so I decided to get some railroaders at work shots. Once I am happy with the results of people at work I intend to suggest to the railroad they do a section of their web site with employee & volunteer photos of them doing railroad work rather than a police looking mug shot. This is only a idea and nothing official. If the Commission, management company & the friends like the idea I will sit down with them.

IMHO one of the most important part of railroads seems to be left out on their web site and that is the railroaders that make it happen. IMHO showing them making it happen is a good idea.

Perhaps this shot isn't as good technically, but I think that it is as interesting as any of the other photos in this thread. I actually found it quite fascinating.
