Kentukcy Traction & Terminal Compan

I am working on the history of the old Kentucky Traction & Terminal Company of Lexington, KY. I found references to articles in The Headway Recorder stating that a listing of equipment would be in a forthcoming issue from the early 1960s. Is there a place I can find old issues of The Headway Recorder ?

Is there any reference books on interurban equipment ?
