Does anyone know if the NW RR Museum at has any flood issues? I heard the town was flooded on the news: http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/l ... ie12m.html

Short answer, no. Initial reports prior to the storm, stated that this storm was possibly going to be worse than the one in 2006, which did cause flooding in the Snoqualmie Valley and caused several washouts on over a mile and half of right of way.

Museum volunteers began early on November 12th, preparing the Conservation & Restoration Center and the Snoqualmie Depot for possible flooding. But as of a report from the morning of November 13th, no damage to any museum property was found, including right of way and buildings.

Glad to hear it! The Seattle TV stations (which can be the worst place to look for anything weather news) made it sound like you were all building an ark up there! I too am glad it wasn't as bad as everyone (even NOAA) expected. The flooding in the lowlands wasn't bad and the wind danger never materialized, which most of us were especially thankful for!
