http://vulcanpride.com/ A Vulcan used in San Antonio TX and York PA, and apparently headed (back) to Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Location: Somewhere east of Prescott, AZ along the old Santa Fe "Prescott & Eastern"

Read again. It's been sitting in Wilkes-Barre for decades, as part of a downtown restaurant/hotel complex at the former CNJ passenger depot. I'm sue we've discussed this loco here before; search the archives.
