I think we should all be proud of the Mid-Continent folks who had their annual snow trains last weekend.

This is the first operation for the museum since they were so badly flooded last June.

They are still Diesel powered; but now that things are getting dryed out I am sure they will be getting back to work on their steam project soon.

I also think they have one of the better web sites around the preservation field.

I am not directly involved, soI am sorry if I have any details wrong.

The trains were packed and an extra car had to be added to the consist. Not bad at all! I've never seen the parking lots so full.
