In 2000 Shaw Box mentioned in some sales literature that a very early Shaw overhead crane that was built in 1888 for the union Pacific Railway is still in use today. There is a picture of that crane in the pdf. Can anyone identify what shop that crane was located in and if it still does exist?

Thanks

An 1890 article said it was an erecting shop in Cheyenne. Does the curent building that the UP steam crew uses date back to 1890? It looked a bit newer than that to me.
