Post subject:  AC and AC-1 Brake Valves

Does anyone have a manual for AC or AC-1 brake control valves? I'd be glad to pay to have it photocopied or scanned.

Reason: Southern Pacific "economy" baggage cars built 1960-1962 were equipped with AC(-1?) brake control valves. These cars were numbered in the 6600 (round-roof) and 6700 (boxcar-type roof profile) series. Golden Gate RR Museum has several 6700s, and Niles Canyon Railway has one (S.P. 6719) in Daylight colors that has been converted to a wheelchair-accessible bathroom / generator / bar car. Many other cars are in use at other museum RRs & tourist lines. We'd like to get a manual on the AC-1 brake valves on these cars.

Thanks! - Doug Debs
