Does anybody know of a supplier of long spout oilcans? The ones we are using are getting quite beat and the valves are no longer working. I know that Schrader used to carry them but no longer have them listed.

Thanks

Greetings,

The story behind the Schrader cans is as follows... They had a retired gentleman that made those things by hand basically in his garage, sadly a few years ago ( 6+) he passed away. They shoped around for a new supplier but were unable to find one that could produce them at a reasonable price.
I have heard that they can be had via Mulipower International though I have never investigated this for myself. If you do, please post the results.

Bruce,
Eagle Manufacturing makes the 4 pint tallow pots and may still make the long spout oilers, but you have to ask as they are not in the current catalog.
