Needed: Building blue prints for the Alco Plant

Does anyone know where I can get a full set of Alco Plant Buildings blueprints?

I have learned that the set that did exist was tossed in the trash by a former owner of the Alco plant years ago.

I'd talk to the city building department.

There are many ways things like that get lost besides deliberate destruction. Fire, flood, accident, bankruptcy.

I would go to you County Tax Dept where they might have records or maps of the buildings for TAX purposes. Here in Ohio they keep such information, I have found drawings of roundhouses and other buildings that are long gone.
You might also check with the County Engineers.

Sanborn maps can provide a wealth of information.

Which ALCO plant, BTW?
