The locomotive in the photograph is in fact one of two locomotives that were built for the New Haven by Baldwin Lima Hamilton to power the Daniel Webster. The NYC RP 210 #20 had more of a pointed nose like a BLW Shark. All three: the NYC and two NH units ended up on the Pickens RR and were scrapped in 1970 or 1971 ? Kevin Kohls |
