Gents, I put this together and Steamtown likes it. You guys can see we have a ton of work to do. I have broken it down by major components. Now of course as you all know there are alot of small things we can't see right now that will need to be done. But at least this gives us some kind of plan of attack to get this gal back together and looking good. I'm in contact with Jeff Parrot on SR154 and he is sending me some pics of the front pilot parts so we can start milling some of the pieces we are missing. We are going to use them as a reference and of course we will get exact measurements for the pieces. But SR154 pics will give us an idea what it should look like. Any questions please let me know.
Sorry but this was the best I could do with the powerpoint.
Also Len is having a work day on Aug 22. So if you want to help let me know and I will pass it along to Len.

Steve:
My compliments on a comprehensive restoration list. This is something that every project needs. My mentor in restoration, Frank Sirinek, ran such a list in his head as far as I know. Keep up with it and good luck. By the way, you might find that scraping might be a "good enough" approach for some of the sandblasting you mention. Sand, as you will see while on your vacation in the mid east, has a habit of crawling into the most minute bearing spaces.

best of luck and good will
O.
