How many Lima diesels currently survive ? I know there are two at the Whitewater Valley RR in Connersville, IN and one at the IRM. Any others ? Kevin Kohls |

There are actually three at the WVRR. ex CUT 25, ex ARMCO 709, and ex B&O 320. The 25 is operable. I had the 709 running a few years ago. It is close to operable, and hope to work on it soon now that I am back in the area. The 320 has issues, and has not operated since it left ARMCO steel. It could run again, but would need serious engine work. My understanding is that the three at the WVRR, and the one at IRM are all that is left. There were two more that didn't make it through the last few years. Ryan |

I believe WVRR also owns the CUT #22 which needs to be moved from another location. |
