I remember the incident, and I beleive there was an article done by either Bob Kreiger or Steve Lee about the whole thing. However I don't know about any video of it. We shot sorta the reverse of this in 1989 with diesels pushing 844 but did not release it cause it showed the RR in a bad light.
Wish I could be more helpful on the video you are looking for but frankly I don't remember one.
