There's just something about those Nickel Plate Berkshires, isn't there?! :)

I'll take mine with a Mars light, please. But yes, they have one of the most aesthetically pleasing faces in all of steam railroading. For me, it all starts with those numberboards sticking way out.

My grandmother painted me large oil on canvass of #759 based on one of Ross' publicity shots from the early 1970's and I will never get tired of looking at the locomotive. I hate to pick favorites from the fan trip era, but #2102 might have to take second place to the big Berk.

I am looking forward to seeing #765 strut her stuff in a few weeks.
