A recent photo of 5898 came through. She is still in service but looking a little worn.

Y'know, all we need to do is change out the air horn for a one-note honker and lose the cabooses, and maybe plaster a "mating worms" logo on the nose, and we'd have a mock-up of any number of the last PRR/PC pre-Amtrak passenger trains...... the Buffalo Day Express, the Washington connection to the Broadway........

I don't think this is the "living history" we had in mind, though..........
