Go to Google books, using this url. On the right side, see arrow with PDF, and download the book for free. You may find the plan you're curious about. It's a great resource for modelers as well.

Google Books is a wonderful if inconsistent resource for research. I've downloaded various editions of American Engineer & Railroad Journal, Railroad and Engineering Journal, Railway Age Gazette, and Railway and Locomotive Engineering/Locomotive Engineering. All these were from the 1890 - 1920 period, although there are gaps and the names on the publications may not match how they are listed. Many name changes by some publications are part of this problem. I also found only the 1906 edition of Railway Master Mechanic. There are also some annual reports and older publications from the 1840s on it. I think I've downloaded so much that oddly my home computer no longer offers me that option. No problem at work, yet.
